I don't even know what I'd be good at outside of teaching. Is that normal?+

Yes, and it's the most common thing I hear on Escape Calls. You've spent years solving problems, managing people, and running a classroom like a small business. Most teachers just haven't had anyone translate that into language a corporate hiring manager recognizes. That's the work.

Do I need a certain degree, certification, or corporate experience first?+

No. The teachers I work with have never worked outside of education. What matters is targeting the right roles for your actual background and telling that story clearly on paper and in the interview room.

What actually happens on the Escape Call?+

We talk through your situation, what's keeping you stuck, and what I'd do next if I were in your shoes. From there, if working together makes sense, we'll talk about what that looks like.
